Project Objectives & Goals

Absolute U Care hopes to increase traffic and leads with more inquiries about services that could be solicited online. We have been contracted to improve the website’s ranking in all search engines, aiming for increased traffic and organic growth. 

We put our concentration on improving overall visibility, optimizing the performance of a site by strategic SEO implementation aimed at increasing conversions by spending key health-related queries without depending on paid campaigns.

Project Initial Condition

It had poor visibility in all the search engines. From May 2023 to February 2024, it had about 11,500 clicks at an average of about 30 clicks per day. The impression stood at 137,000, averaging 450 impressions every day.

On keyword rankings, the website had 33 keywords ranking in the top 10, 70 keywords in the top 20, and 17 keywords in the top 3. In total, 1,510 visitors came on the basis of SEO-driven traffic during the period in question.

Challenges

Being a company for nearly a decade, Absolute U Care came to realize it had started its SEO efforts really late-which was in May 2023. This placed Absolute U Care at an immediate disadvantage in what is considered a very competitive landscape for health care.

Of course, when Absolute U Care reached out to us, they knew something wasn’t quite right with SEO, but the challenge was in identifying specifically what was holding them back from improved rankings and traffic. We ran an extensive audit, and here’s what we found:

  • Poor rankings within the Google SERPs
  • Poor visibility of SERP
  • Poorly optimized conversion rate
  • Poor Organic Reach
  • Poor website performance leads to slow user experiences.
  • Technical SEO issues in regard to crawlability
  • Poor on-page SEO would include things like non-optimized meta tags and un-good content.
  • SEO architectural defects that result in poor site architecture
  • poor in-off-page-SEO, such as low quality backlinks.
  • Poor measures taken for local SEO.
  • No great content to drive engagement or rankings

The Results

Led to an increase of 7,280 total clicks with 155,000 total impressions. This accounted for an average of 35+ clicks per day with 700+ impressions daily. Our strategy of keyword ranking delivered powerful results. Now, the website has 59 keywords ranking in the top 10, 122 in the top 20, and 29 in the top 3.

Organic visits increased to 2,100 per month, domain authority rose to 9, and domain rating to 2.4; a total of 835 backlinks were gained.  These improvements appeared in metrics and brought significant business growth based on the average order value.

Absolute Care SEO Results Comparison

Within a period of six months with focused optimization from all aspects, Absolute U Care achieved brilliant enhancements with SEO optimization. Keyword rankings improved drastically from 33 to 59 in the Top 10 and from 17 to 29 in the Top 3.  Traffic from the SEO reach grew as high as 2,100 month-on-month visitors, boosting brand visibility and engagement notably. 

Branded search terms predominated, for example: “absolute urgent care”, “urgent care near me”, and “urgent care Gainesville TX.” These brought on the biggest clicks and impressions of this high organic reach. The precision SEO campaign drove outstanding traffic, new branded queries, and conversion rates in business growth through organic search.
